Vietjet lifts quarterly profit to 922 billion dong

Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company reported net profit rose 47% to 922.3 billion dong (US$35 million) in the three months to March 31 2026, from net profit of 627.5 billion dong in the same three-month period in 2025. "Revenue and profit witnessed strong growth as Vietjet enhanced operational cost control by optimising operating performance, promoting digital transformation, and building a new and modern fleet to save fuel, contributing to business efficiency," the LCC said. "The international expansion strategy continues to be a long-term growth driver, contributing to revenue diversification and reducing dependence on the domestic market.
