Boeing booked orders for 27 commercial aircraft for May, comprising 10 787-9s for Lufthansa, one 737 MAX family aircraft for TUI Travel and 16 737 aircraft for unidentified customers. Read More » The May total lifted Boeing’s total gross orders through the first five months of 2026 to 324 aircraft. Orders net of cancellations and conversions stood at 295. Boeing said it delivered 60 aircraft in May, an improvement from 47 aircraft in April. The 60 aircraft included 51 737 MAX family aircraft, the highest monthly delivery total for the type since December 2024. The airframer has handed over to customers 250 commercial aircraft through the first five months of 2026.
