Korean Air launches miles-only flights to Jeju for summer holidays

Korean Air (KAL) has scheduled 20 flights between Seoul Gimpo and Jeju where seats can be booked with frequent flyer miles between July 27 and August 6 in response to expected strong demand for travel during the summer holidays. Read More » There will be one return service each day, except on August 2. The flights will be operated by A220-300 aircraft with 140 seats in a single-class layout. The SkyTeam alliance member said the flights have been scheduled to depart during the afternoon and evening. KAL said the special mileage flights were part of initiatives to give customers a wider range of options to use their miles for travel during the summer holidays.
