AirBorneo to start ticket sales for first international route today

Malaysia-based AirBorneo began ticket sales for its first international route - from its Kuching hub to Singapore - at 1000 local time this morning (July 13). Read More » The airline, formerly known as MASWings, is due to begin flying daily between Kuching and Singapore on July 22 with leased 737-800 aircraft. The flights have been scheduled as an evening departure from Kuching and a late-night takeoff from Singapore. AirBorneo will be the third airline on the route linking Kuching with Singapore nonstop alongside LCC’s AirAsia Malaysia and Scoot. "From Singapore’s iconic skyline to Kuching’s rich heritage, your next adventure starts with AirBorneo," AirBorneo said on social media. It is AirBorneo’s second 737-800 route, having announced last week double daily flights linking Kuching with Kuala Lumpur were starting on July 20.
