SriLankan touches down in Kuwait City

SriLankan Airlines last week resumed nonstop flights to Kuwait City from its Colombo hub. Read More » The inaugural UL229, operated by A321neo registration 4R-ANF, touched down at Kuwait City at about 1945 local time on August 8, after a five-hour journey from Colombo. The aircraft was on the ground for about 90 minutes before taking off as the UL230 back to Colombo, landing in the Sri Lanka capital the next morning. The oneworld alliance member has scheduled six flights a week on the route. SriLankan is one of three airlines flying nonstop between Colombo and Kuwait City alongside Jazeera Airways and Kuwait Airways.
