Cathay Pacific Airways has announced Sun Yuqian and Wang Mingyuan will step down from the board at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting on May 13 this year. In addition to the two departures from the board, Cathay said in a regulatory filing Air China president, vice chair and executive director, Qu Guangxi, was joining the board as a non-executive director. Air China is a shareholder of Cathay Pacific.
