Embraer posts 62% lift in interim net profit

Embraer reported net profit of US$246 million for the six months to June 30 2026, up 61.8% from US$152 million in the same six-month period in 2025. The Brazil-headquartered company has lifted its expected adjusted earnings before interest and tax margin for the full 2026 year to between 10% and 10.6%, from 8.7% to 9.3% previously, while its estimates for free cash flow was raised to US$400 million or higher, double the previous guidance of US$200 million or higher. The number of commercial aircraft deliveries for this year was unchanged at between 80 and 85 aircraft. "Management believes prior guidance no longer represents evenly balanced opportunities and risks for full-year operations," Embraer said.
